1st harvest for our TETRIS 2A heat pump and OMICRON Rev S4 installed at Château Trolong Mondot. Dating from 1745, this wine estate is the most important of its designation, facing the village of Saint-Émilion. This estate was founded in the 18th century and acquired its reputation thanks to Romain de Sèze, one of Louis XVI's lawyers during the trial before the Convention in 1792. The estate produces 100,000 bottles a year and today uses about ten horses to criss-cross the rows of vines in order to help the soil breathe. A reasoned practice, in harmony with nature.
