The HVAC industry is preparing for significant changes. From January 2027, new F-Gas requirements will affect heat pumps below 50 kW, accelerating the adoption of low-GWP refrigerants across residential and light commercial applications. At the same time, growing renovation activity and evolving building performance requirements are influencing the way heating systems are designed and specified.

To address these developments, Swegon introduces EPSILON Zero, a new range of R290 air-to-water heat pumps for light commercial applications and multi-family housing.

Available in reversible and heating-only versions from 14 to 45 kW, EPSILON Zero has been developed for both new-build and renovation projects, combining high water temperatures, compact dimensions and installation flexibility.
