Swegon dedicated this event to its people with the intention of highlighting the passion and commitment that drives them every single day, guided by a spirit of collaboration, energy and shared values. The event served as a reminder of how much the company's future depends on the valuable contribution of each individual within a solid and cohesive team. The sense of belonging was strengthened on this day, with Swegon perceived as a united, determined community that strives for excellence in the small things of everyday life, translating its founding values into concrete actions.
The day was punctuated and enriched by exploratory Company Tours of the production plant and offices, and by STEM workshops that entertained children, teenagers and adults by conveying the technical and scientific principles underlying the company's systems and products. Thanks to the creativity and originality of our colleagues, the concepts of heat, cold, insulation, measurement parameters and much more were addressed in an engaging and captivating way for the little ones, who did not hesitate to ask questions and express their curiosity during the workshop activities.
This moment of sharing and knowledge transfer was enhanced by an interview with Fiona May, Olympic long jump champion and an example of tenacity, sportsmanship and self-confidence.
Events like this remind us “why we do what we do” and that together anything is possible.
