Our Business Unit Cooling & Heating and Swegon North America have been awarded together Best Collaboration of the Year 2025 by Swegon Group, during the Annual Group Kick Off held in Belgium, at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels from January 28th to 30th.

The award recognizes a collaboration that stood out for its effectiveness, shared vision, and ability to turn teamwork into tangible results, strengthening the synergy between industrial and commercial expertise within the Group.

This recognition also reflects the successful opening of a new and strategic market for our heat pumps in North America, where the solutions were positively received from the very beginning. Throughout the year, several new North American partners had the opportunity to experience the Swegon reality firsthand by taking part in a European factory tour, sharing technical expertise, industrial vision, and common values.

The journey was further enriched by moments of conviviality and a warm sense of welcome, key elements in building strong and lasting relationships.

This achievement marks an important milestone for BUC&H and SNA, which have entered the North American heat pumps market and are positioning themselves for future strategic development, underscoring collaboration as a key driver of growth within the Swegon Group.
