Swegon is proud to share the company’s commitment to promoting female talent in technical and scientific fields.
Swegon has sponsored the “Tina Anselmi” Scholarship Initiative, a project dedicated to young female graduates in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields. The initiative was launched with the aim of supporting pathways to excellence and promoting increasingly equitable access to technical and scientific professions.
In line with its Sustainability strategy, Swegon played an active role in the selection process, contributing to the assessment of 40 applications and awarding two scholarships to recent graduates with outstanding academic records.
The closing ceremony took place on Saturday 16 May 2026 and saw us also involved in a round-table discussion with institutions, universities and other companies on the debate regarding social support and constructive thinking to underpin the cultural evolution necessary for the country’s system, reinforcing the principles of merit and talent.
This initiative confirms Swegon’s concrete commitment to fostering inclusive and sustainable growth, contributing to the development of technical skills and the promotion of diversity in the workplace.
