Swegon is pleased to take part in Università Aperta IES 2026, the Career Day organised by the University of Padua for students and recent graduates in Engineering, Economics and Science.

Taking place on 5 November 2026 at the Padua Exhibition Centre (Hall 14), the event represents a valuable opportunity to connect academic talent with the professional world.

Throughout the day, students and graduates will have the chance to meet the Swegon team, learn more about our company, submit their CVs and explore internship and career opportunities within an international group committed to innovation, energy efficiency and sustainable HVAC solutions.

• 29 October – ColloquIA Live – Warm Up, a practical session with Gaia, the University's virtual recruiter.
• 2-4 November – Online Company Workshops, a series of virtual meetings offering insights into participating companies and career opportunities.
