Located on Place Jeanne d'Arc in Toulouse, Crédit Agricole's headquarters knows much more than a simple facelift, the building has been completely dismantled and redesigned.

 The new headquarters offers a glimpse of spaces that are resolutely oriented towards the well-being of users, with more user-friendliness than traditional offices: privacy and collaborative spaces, "village square" around a patio, landscaped terraces.  The project also offers more flexibility: open platforms to promote exchanges and digital training rooms... The project meets several Well certification criterions, with particular attention to the acoustic issue and indoor air quality: to achieve the latter purpose, SWEGON has provided 9 Gold dual flow processing units.

The project aims at HQE certification, where the ventilation and air conditioning system equipment is evaluated according to its energy performance. And based on this last criteria, two SWEGON heat pumps (Omicron Rev S4 model) were chosen for the simultaneous production of cooling and heating.
