Swegon continues on its path of growth by celebrating a major milestone: the official opening of the new Competence Room.
The Competence Room represents a forward-looking investment in people and expertise.
Designed as a dedicated technical hub, this space promotes training, knowledge sharing, and hands-on learning.
It enables employees, subsidiaries, and partners to participate in practical activities, simulations, and tests under real-world conditions, strengthening their understanding of Swegon’s technologies.
The Competence Room is already fully operational and has been successfully used for training sessions and customer visits, including guided tours of the facility. It supports training at both the national and international levels, offering participants the opportunity to deepen their product knowledge and gain hands-on experience in an industrial setting.
This approach strengthens the link between design, manufacturing, and real-world application.
Equipped with a range of advanced technologies, currently including the ZETA Zero 3.1 unit and a skid (dry cooler), the facility enables hands-on demonstrations and technical training aligned with field operations. The installed units will evolve over time, reflecting the ongoing development of Swegon’s solutions.
This hands-on approach supports the continuous evolution of Swegon’s solutions and the development of technical expertise throughout the organization.
The Competence Room will play a key role in supporting Swegon’s continued growth by strengthening expertise in the field of chillers and heat pumps and fostering closer collaboration with colleagues, subsidiaries, and partners around the world.
