The 44th edition of MCE – Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2026 concluded with strong participation, confirming its role as a leading global event for the HVAC sector, with over 1,600 exhibitors and 120,000 visitors.
Within this context, Swegon presented its “Future-proof indoor climate” vision, focused on buildings that are resilient, efficient, and ready for future regulatory and technological demands, in line with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
A key focus was placed on digital services with new predictive features, designed to enhance system intelligence, optimize performance over time, and support smarter decision-making for building operations. These capabilities strengthen the value of connected solutions across Swegon’s portfolio, including GOLD G air handling units, EPSILON Zero and SIGMA Zero heat pumps, room units, and climate ceilings, enabling a fully integrated and data-driven indoor climate ecosystem.
LAMBDA Zero (CO₂) was highlighted as a standalone innovation within the portfolio: a rooftop unit using natural refrigerant CO₂ (R744), designed to deliver high efficiency with a low environmental impact. The solution also received recognition at the MCE Excellence Awards 2026, confirming its value in supporting the transition towards more sustainable HVAC systems.
Swegon’s participation at MCE 2026 reinforced its vision of a truly future-proof indoor climate: intelligent, connected, and sustainable.
